摘要
建构高校思政课教师教学核心能力结构模型,有利于思政课教师教学能力提升目标的聚焦,能为我国高校思政课教师教学能力建设“对症下药”提供重要参考。利用Nvivo 12 plus软件对相关政策文本、学术论文进行文本分析,经过文本三级编码,生成高校思政课教师教学核心能力的五个主要构成要素:政治坚守力、知识活化力、情感感召力、跨域融合力、价值判断力。其中,政治坚守力是思政课教学方向不偏的“定盘星”,知识活化力是思政课教学活力涌现的“永动仪”,跨域融合力是思政课教学广延拓展的“望远镜”,情感感召力是思政课教学情感聚合的“助燃剂”,价值判断力是思政课教学价值实现的“校准器”。
Constructing a structural model of the core teaching competence of ideological and political teachers in institutions of higher education is conducive to the focus on the improvement of ideological and political teachers’teaching ability,and can provide an important reference for the construction of the teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in institutions of higher education in China.NVivo 12 plus software is used to make text analyze on relevant policy texts and academic papers.After three-level text coding,five main components,namely political persistence,knowledge activation,emotional appeal,cross-domain integration and value judgment are generated.Among them,political persistence is the“fixed star”of its direction,knowledge activation is the“permanent instrument”for its vitality,cross-domain integration is the“telescope”for its extension,emotional appeal is the“combustion aid”for its emotional aggregation,and value judgment is the“calibrator”for the realization of its value.
