The author and the editor jointly complete the academic paper from creation to publication.The author is the creator of the article and the copyright owner with the due responsibility for thoughts,opinions the quotations of the article.The editor in charge shall conduct editorial standard processing and proofreading of text format,with the due responsibility for the quality of the editorial proofreading.Only when the author and editor are clear about their respective responsibilities can they truly contribute to publication quality.
