The paper discusses the risks that may be encountered in overseas railway communication project and their solutions.First,it summarizes the characteristics of standard internationalization,multiple interfaces and uncertainties of overseas railway communication project,and analyzes and particularizes various risks in overseas railway project,including culture,technology,management,etc.Finally,in combination with the author's experiences,corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of culture,technology,economy,and risk management,which provide references for railway communication project for going abroad in the future.
