数字化正颌外科术前三维设计的护理配合流程 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结数字化正颌外科术前三维设计流程中专科护士的护理配合经验,以增加医护配合效率,提高患者满意度。方法2015年1月至2020年12月诊断为牙颌面畸形并接受数字化正颌外科治疗的患者7055例,建立数字化正颌外科术前三维设计的护理配合流程,行术前三维设计门诊专科护士的护理配合。结果行数字化正颌外科术前三维设计并完成治疗患者5277例,平均每年可完成879例,接诊3.5例/d。基于本护理配合流程,每例患者均可在当日完成检查,总时长<8 h,单项检查完成时长<2 h。结论数字化正颌外科术前三维设计的护理配合流程可显著提高医生和护士的接诊效率,减少患者的就诊时间。
