摘要
文章结合西北区域二级骨干通信网的继电保护、稳控系统业务通道典型路由组织方式,提出基于关联业务分类的通信检修快速检索算法,并构建了继电保护、稳控业务关联分析的树状决策模型。在此基础上,开展通信年度/月度检修计划、日检修(含临检)计划的安全校核方法研究,实现关联检修快速提取、安全校核及计划修正,降低通信检修的关联业务安全风险。算例分析验证了本方法的有效性。
Combined with the typical routing organization mode of service channel of relay protection and stability control system in Northwest regional secondary backbone communication network,this paper proposes a fast retrieval algorithm for communication maintenance based on the classification of association services,and constructs a tree decision model for the association analysis of relay protection and stability control services.On this basis,carry out a research on the security check method of communication annual/monthly maintenance plan and daily maintenance(including temporary maintenance)plan,realize the rapid extraction of associated maintenance,security check and plan revision,and reduce the security risk of communication maintenance association service.The effectiveness of this method is verified by an example.
