摘要
传统建筑信息模型(Building Information Model,BIM)作为一种静态的计划管理工具,在面对复杂多变实际工程项目时存在灵活性差,计划复杂抽象,滞后性明显的问题。利用物联网技术和灰色理论对BIM模型进行优化。利用物联网技术“物物相连”的特点和数字化方式将项目中涉及的所有构件信息实时反馈到BIM模型中,然后利用灰色理论对项目中复杂多变的不确定因素进行建模,从而达到实时优化项目计划并提前对风险进行预警。所提方法能够有效拓展BIM技术的应用范围,帮助项目管理者实时、主动的完成信息化工程进度管理。
As a static plan management tool, the traditional building information model(BIM) has the problems of poor flexibility, complex and abstract plans, and obvious lag when one faces with complex and changing actual projects. In response to this problem, this paper uses the Internet of Things technology and gray theory to optimize the BIM model, and uses the "Internet of Things" technology to feed back all the information involved in the project to the BIM model in real time based on the digital method. The theory models the complex and variable uncertain factors in the project, so as to give early warning of future planned risks. The proposed method can effectively expand the scope of application of BIM technology and help managers to actively complete the progress management of information engineering in real time.
