摘要
近年来,国家电网公司计划通过推进“电网发展方式”和“公司发展方式”两个转变,实现建设“一强三优”现代公司的战略目标。物力集约化管理和“大建设”体系,是支撑总部直管工程物资供应管理工作开展的指导思想。因此,通过对物资供应计划的编排,构建特高压工程物资供应计划统筹优化模型,通过实际案例证实这个优化模型的可行性。
In recent years,State Grid Corporation of China has been committed to the strategic goal of building a modern company of“one strong body,three excellences”by promoting the transformation of“power grid development mode”and“company development mode”.The intensive management of material resources and the system of“big construction”are the guiding ideology to support the management of materials supply in the direct management project of the headquarters.Through the arrangement of the material supply plan,this paper constructs the overall optimization model of the UHV engineering material supply plan,and proves the feasibility of the optimization model through practical cases.
