摘要
采用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、MCI柱色谱和高效液相色谱等多种分离纯化技术,从阔叶蒲桃(Syzygium latilimbum)叶子甲醇提取物的石油醚部位分离得到14个三萜类化合物,根据波谱数据及文献对照鉴定其结构分别为:古柯二醇(1),高二醇单硬脂酸酯(2),齐墩果酸(3),赤霉烯二酸(4),2α-羟基齐墩果酸(5),阿江榄仁酸(6),常春藤苷元(7),科罗索酸(8),乌苏酸(9),积雪草酸(10),桦木醇(11),桦木酸(12),麦珠子酸(13)和2α,3β-二羟基羽扇豆醇(14).
Further separation and purification of the leaves of S.latilimbum,collected in Xishuang Bannan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province,by various chromatographic methods,including positive phase silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel,MCI,and HPLC led to isolation of fourteen triterpenoids.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data and comparision with the values reported to be erythrodiol(1),erythrodiol monostearate(2),leanoic acid(3),camaldulenic acid(4),2α-hydroxyoleanolic acid(5),arjunolic acid(6),hederagenin(7),corosolic acid(8),ursolic acid(9),asiatic acid(10),betulin(11),betulinic acid(12),alphitolic acid(13),and 2α,3β-dihydroxyolupeol(14),respectively.
