头穴透刺治疗脑出血急性期的研究进展

Research Progress of Scalp Point-Through-Point Needling in Treating Acute ICH

本文回顾了近年来头穴透刺治疗脑出血急性期的文献。从作用机制以及头穴透刺方法两个角度进行分析。作用机制主要从脑出血急性期自由基损害、炎性因子免疫应答反应、血管活性物质调控、神经干细胞增殖分化、靶向自噬、细胞凋亡、拮抗兴奋性氨基酸损害、拮抗脑水肿等方面进行机理探索;通过相关临床观察结果分析头穴透刺针法治疗脑出血急性期的有效性、安全性。以期为头穴透刺治疗脑出血急性期提供循证医学依据。

This study reviewed the recent literature on the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)by scalp point-through-point needling.The mechanism of the action and the method of scalp point-through-point needling were analyzed in the study.The action mechanism included free radical damage,immune response of inflammatory factors,regulation of vasoactive substances,promotion of proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells,targeting autophagy,apoptosis of nerve cells,antagonism of excitatory amino acid damage and antagonism of brain edema.Through the relevant clinical observation results,it analyzed the effectiveness and safety of scalp point-through-point needling in the treatment of acute ICH,in order to provide more references for the treatment of acute ICH by scalp point-through-point needling in terms of evidence-based medicine.
