高校以党建引领业务工作实践与探索——以“红色”陶瓷作品修复展为例

高校基层党支部是党在高校基层组织中的战斗堡垒,其党建工作的内涵建设对于高等教育科学发展至关重要。为贯彻习近平总书记关于"推动党建与业务深度融合"的重大要求,本文以"红色"陶瓷作品修复展为例,通过深挖红色文化和陶瓷文化的内涵价值及其与人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新之间的内在关系,探索架构了一条高校党建和核心业务工作深度融合、共促共建的有效路径,形成了"技术服务—学术研究—第二课堂—文创设计"的党建+业务工作新思路,提升激发了党支部的服务动力、创新活力,为克服高校党建与核心业务工作"各自为阵""两张皮"的现象提供了可借鉴的解决方案。

The grassroots party branch of colleges and universities is the fighting fortress of the party in the grassroots organizations of colleges and universities,and the construction of the connotation of its party building work is very important to the scientific development of higher education.In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major requirement on "Promoting the deep integration of party building and business",this article takes the restoration exhibition of "Red" ceramic works as an example,and explores the connotation value of red culture and ceramic culture and its internal relationship with talent training,scientific research,social services and cultural inheritance and innovation.It has explored and constructed an effective path for the deep integration of party building and core business work in colleges and universities,forming a "technical service-academic research-second classroom-cultural and creative design" The new idea of party building with business work has stimulated the service motivation and innovative vitality of party branches,and provided a reference solution for overcoming the phenomenon of "Each arry’" and "Two skins" in party building and core business work in colleges and universities.
