当代柴窑松柴烧制下的雕塑语言研究

Research on sculpture language under the burning of pine and firewood in contemporary firewood kiln

柴窑、电窑、气窑虽只有一字之差,但从烧成设备、工艺技法以及最终效果来讲,都是截然不同的。先说柴窑,柴窑讲究传承有序,有相对规范的制作流程与标准。首先提及的是烧制时用到的柴,在明朝以前,烧窑时每一窑都是松柴和槎柴掺和着用的,松柴单指由大松木砍伐成的木柴,槎柴则为各种杂木的混合。松柴与槎柴所烧制的陶瓷作品也会有不一样的结果,松柴烧制则为佳品。陶瓷雕塑在柴窑、电窑、气窑烧制成瓷则会出现不一样的效果,电汽窑生硬,柴窑则有羊脂玉般的温润。本文就松柴烧制下的雕塑语言进行略论。

Although there is only one word difference among wood kiln,electric kiln and gas kiln,they are completely different in terms of firing equipment,process technology and final effect.Let’s start with chaiyao,which pays attention to inheritance and order,and has relatively standardized production processes and standards.The first mentioned is the firewood used in firing.Before the Ming Dynasty,each kiln was mixed with pine firewood and cha firewood.Pine firewood only refers to the firewood cut from big pine,while Cha firewood is a mixture of various miscellaneous trees.The ceramic works fired by pine wood and cha wood will also have different results,and pine wood firing is a good product.Ceramic sculptures will have different effects when fired into porcelain in Chai kiln,electric kiln and gas kiln.The electric steam kiln is stiff,and the Chai kiln is as warm as suede jade.This paper briefly discusses the sculpture language under the burning of pine wood.
