摘要
为探讨不同基质、激素种类、激素浓度及浸泡时间对绣球变种无尽夏扦插生根的影响,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验,研究泥炭土∶珍珠岩=5∶1(V∶V)、河沙、黄泥3种基质,以及100、300、500 mg/L 3种浓度水平的NAA、IBA、ABT对绣球扦插生根率、生根数量、根长、根径等的影响,运用方差和极差分析对扦插生根效果进行综合评价。结果表明,泥炭土∶珍珠岩=5∶1的扦插基质、NAA浓度为300 mg/L、插穗蘸根时间为10 s的组合为最佳处理组合。
Cuttings of Hydrangea macrophylla var.Forever Summer was treated with different hormones and cultured on different substrates to induce rooting,and the effects of hormones,hormone concentrations,time duration for soaking,and substrates on rooting were observed.The cuttings were cultured on three different substrates,mixture of peat soil and perlite(ratio 5:1),river sand and yellow mud,and treated with hormones NAA,IBA and ABT at 100,300 and 500 mg·L^(-1),and their rooting rate,number of roots,root length and root diameter were measured.The variance and range analysis were used for comprehensive evaluation of rooting effect of the hormones and the substrates.The result showed that the cuttings gave the best rooting effect when cultured on the substrate of the mixture of peat soil and perlite at a ratio of 5:1,and soaked with IBA at the concentration of 300 mg·L^(-1) for 10 seconds.
