中国“走出去”发展油棕产业的现状和展望

Current Status and Prospects of Global Development of Oil Palm Industry by China

棕榈油是全球生产量和贸易量最大的植物油品。中国食用油的自给率为30.1%,其中棕榈油全部依赖进口,占中国食用油消费总量的20%,“走出去”发展油棕产业是提高中国食用油自给率的有效途径。目前中国企业在东南亚的印度尼西亚(简称印尼)、非洲的刚果(金)和太平洋岛国瓦努阿图等国都有发展油棕种植业。总结油棕产业发展现状、存在问题和发展前景等,以期为进一步推动海外的中国油棕种植业发展提供思考。

Oil palm is a crop that produces oil products with the highest production and trade volume in the world.Self-sufficiency rate of edible oil in China is 30.1%,and palm oil is all dependent on imports,which accounts for 20%of total edible oil consumption in China."Going out"to develop the oil palm industry is an effective way to increase edible oil self-sufficiency rate in China.At present,Chinese companies are developing oil palm plantations in Indonesia,the Democratic Republic of Congo and Vanuatu in the Pacific Island.Its development status,existing problems and future development prospects are summed up in a view to providing reference for further development of overseas oil palm industry by China.
