摘要
为解决大学生身体素质日益下滑的问题,在新冠疫情蔓延的背景下,立足于学生对健康的心理需求,在健身气功教学中结合课程思政建设,把学生的日常行为习惯纳入培养目标,并遵循“心理——行为——习惯——认知”的实践模式,从学生的心理需求出发促使其改变不良习性,从而形成良好的习惯,进而强化好的认知,弥补体育课堂教学的不足,促进学生身体与心理健康发展。
In order to solve the problems of the college students'physical quality declining,under the background of new crown outbreak,based on the student's health psychological needs,combining curriculum education development in the sports teaching,the students'daily behavior habits into the training goal,follow the practice ofpsychological behavior cognition pattern,starting from the psychological needs of students to change its bad behavior,to form a good habit to cure good cognition,make up for the deficiency of the physical education class teaching to promote students'physical and mental health development.
