摘要
文章以核心力量训练对击剑运动的重要作用作为研究对象,结合笔者多年来击剑运动执教的经验,简要介绍了核心力量训练的基本知识,重点论述了核心力量训练对击剑运动的重要性分析,击剑运动员核心力量的重点训练方法研究以及核心力量训练对竞技体育的重要性分析等内容,为击剑教练员和运动员更好的开展核心力量训练提供参考和借鉴。
Taking the important role of core strength training in fencing as the research object,combined with the author's experience in fencing teaching for many years,this paper briefly introduces the basic knowledge of core strength training,and focuses on the analysis of the importance of core strength training to fencing,The research on the key training methods of fencing athletes'core strength and the analysis of the importance of core strength training to competitive sports provide reference for fencing coaches and athletes to better carry out core strength training.
