无保护会阴接生技术在自然分娩中的应用

Application of unprotected perineum delivery technology in natural delivery

目的观察无保护会阴接生技术在自然分娩中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月于本院住院分娩产妇100名为研究对象,采用简单抽样法分为对照组和研究组,每组50名。对照组给予会阴保护接生技术进行接生,研究组给予无保护会阴接生技术进行接生。比较两组会阴侧切率,剖宫产率,新生儿产伤率,产后出血率,产后感染率,产前、产时、产后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,产程时间和会阴裂伤程度。结果研究组会阴侧切率、剖宫产率、产后出血率及产后感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组新生儿产伤率、产程时间及产前VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;研究组产时、产后VAS评分均低于对照组,会阴裂伤程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用无保护会阴接生技术对自然分娩产妇进行接生,能降低会阴侧切率及疼痛程度,并且可减少产后出血及产后感染的发生。

Objective To observe application value of unprotected perineum delivery technology in natural delivery.Methods A total of 100 puerperae undergoing delivery in the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled as study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group by simple sampling method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given perineum protection delivery technology for delivering,while the study group was given unprotected perineum delivery technology for delivering.The lateral episiotomy rate,cesarean section rate,neonatal birth injury rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,postpartum infection rate,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)scores before,during and after delivery,labor stages time and perineal laceration degree were compared between the two groups.Results The lateral episiotomy rate,cesarean section rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and postpartum infection rate in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neonatal birth injury rate,labor stages time and antenatal VAS score between the two groups.VAS scores during and after delivery in study group were lower than those in control group,the perineal laceration degree in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of unprotected perineum delivery technology in delivering of puerperae undergoing natural delivery can reduce lateral episiotomy rate and pain degree,reduce occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum infection.
