腹部切口不同缝合方式对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产妇术后切口疼痛及愈合的影响

Effect of different sutures on incision pain and healing after cesarean section in gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究腹部切口不同缝合方式对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产妇术后切口疼痛及愈合的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2018年9月至2020年1月本院收治的95例妊娠期糖尿病患者分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=47)。对照组给予皮外缝合术,观察组给予皮内缝合术,比较两组缝合及住院时间、切口愈合情况、术后不同时间点的疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)]。结果观察组甲级愈合(57.45%)高于对照组(43.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组缝合时间比较差异无统计学意义;观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6 h,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义,术后12、24及48 h,两组VAS评分均低于术后6 h,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产产妇的腹部切口经皮内缝合术缝合后,可缓解术后切口疼痛感,更利于术后切口愈合,缩短住院时间。

Objective To study the effect of different suture of abdominal incision on incision pain and healing after cesarean section of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 95 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus from September 2018 to January 2020 were selected and they were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=47)according to random table method.The control group was treated with percutaneous suture,the observation group was given intradermal suture,the time of suture and hospitalization,incision healing,and pain degree at different time points after operation[visual analogue scale(VAS)]were compared between two groups.Results Grade A healing in the observation group(57.45%)was higher than that in the control group(43.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in suture time between the two groups;the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at 6 h after surgery;at 12,24,and 48 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the two groups were lower than that at 6 h after surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After percutaneous suture of abdominal incision after cesarean section,can relieve postoperative incision pain,more conducive to postoperative wound healing,reduction of hospitalization time.
