孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Montelukast combined with Budesonide aerosol in treating children asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年4月本院收治的70例妇产小儿科哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机分为参照组与研究组,每组35例。参照组实施布地奈德气雾剂治疗,研究组实施孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、肺功能、症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿FEV_(1)和预计值百分比、PEF和预计值百分比均高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组体征消失时间、症状缓解时间均短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘,能有效消除临床症状,改善肺功能,临床疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Montelukast combined with Budesonide aerosol in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods Select 70 children with obstetrics,obstetrics and pediatric asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 as the research subjects,and they were randomly divide them into reference group and study group,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Budesonide aerosol,and the study group was treated with Montelukast combined with Budesonide aerosol.The treatment effect,lung function,symptom relief time and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV_(1) and the percentage of predicted value,PEF and the percentage of predicted value in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of signs and remission time of symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with Budesonide aerosol in the treatment of children with asthma can effectively eliminate clinical symptoms and improve lung function,the adverse reactions are few,the safety is high,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
