Objective To investigate the relationship between serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and calcitonin(PCT)content and systemic inflammatory response in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during acute hypertrophy. Methods 60 patients with acute aggravation COPD admitted to our hospital in June 2015 to October 2018 were taken as the observation group, and 60 patients with health examination were taken as the control group,to determine the levels of serum CRP and PCT in the two groups and the levels of systemic inflammatory factors in the observation group. The levels of serum CRP and PCT in the two groups were compared and the corresponding levels of inflammatory factors were evaluated. Results Serum CRP and PCT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the patients with higher serum CRP and PCT levels, the level of inflammation factor was lower in patients with lower levels, and the level of anti-inflammatory factor was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with acute gravity COPD,the serum CRP and PCT levels increased abnormally. The higher the increase, the lower the corresponding anti-inflammatory factor level and the higher the inflammatory factor level, the results showed that serum CRP and PCT levels were positively correlated with systemic inflammatory response.
