摘要 准确的热管等效导热模型是基于热管的热管理系统仿真研究中的关键。基于现有的等效导热模型提出了适用于部分压扁热管的两种等效导热模型:分段各向异性模型和分层分段模型。研究结果表明:分段各向异性模型在低热管工作温度(28~38℃)的情况下具有较高的准确性,热管表面温度的最大相对误差为5.90%,而分层分段模型在热管工作温度为28~50℃范围内具有较高的准确性,热管表面温度的最大相对误差为6.51%。分析了吸液芯等效导热系数对等效导热模型准确性的影响。 Accurate thermal conduction-based model is the key to the heat pipe-based thermal management simulation research.Based on the existing thermal conduction-based models,two conduction-based model for partially flattened heat pipes,the segmented anisotropic model and the layered segmentation model,were put forward in the present study.The results show that the segmented anisotropy model has higher accuracy in the case of low heat pipe operating temperature(28~38℃).The maximum relative error of heat pipe surface temperature is 5.90%.The layered and segmented model has higher accuracy in the heat pipe operating temperature range of 28~50℃.The maximum relative error of heat pipe surface temperature is 6.51%.And the effect of the effective thermal conductivity of the wick on the accuracy of the thermal conduction-based model was also investigated.
