摘要
帕金森病(PD)的诊断往往缺乏客观依据,尤其对于早期帕金森病患者。如在帕金森病的早期通过一些检查确诊并进行干预治疗会大大提高患者的生活质量。因此,对于PD的早期诊断尤为重要。PET/CT是PD的早期诊断及鉴别诊断最敏感、有效的影像学方法。PET/CT多巴胺受体显像通过放射性示踪剂与多巴胺受体结合信号评估活体脑内多巴胺受体的分布、数目和功能信息,从而评估基底节多巴胺密度,进而为PD的早期诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗提供临床依据。
Diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)often lacks the basis of objective diagnosis,especially for patients with early Parkinson’s disease.If diagnosed by some tests and intervention treatment in the early stage of Parkinson’s disease,the quality of life of patients will be greatly improved.Therefore,it is particularly important for the early diagnosis of PD.PET/CT is the most sensitive and effective imaging method for early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PD.One of them is dopamine receptor imaging,which evaluates the distribution,number and functional information of dopamine receptor in living brain through the binding signal of radioactive tracer and dopamine receptor,so as to evaluate the dopamine density in basal ganglia,and then provide clinical basis for early diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of PD.
