59075名健康体检者糖代谢异常现况分析及探讨

Analysis on the Distribution of Fasting Blood Glucose Level in 59075 Healthy Subjects

目的:分析乌鲁木齐59075名健康体检人群空腹血糖水平(FPG)及血糖异常年龄分布特点,探讨健康体检人群的糖代谢异常的情况,为体检人群健康管理提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2018年12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院健康管理院参加健康体检的59075名体检者的FPG检测结果,按照年龄分组比较分析FPG与性别、年龄的关系。结果:随着年龄的增长,FPG逐渐增高,各年龄段的男性FPG均高于女性FPG,各年龄阶段男女FPG比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FPG升高的检出率也随着年龄的增长而增高,各年龄组糖尿病组男性的检出率明显高于女性(P<0.05);30~59岁各年龄组IFG组男性检出率高于女性(P<0.05);IFG组和糖尿病组的年龄、BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C均明显高于正常组,HDL-C明显低于正常组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:该体检人群的FPG水平以及血糖升高检出率均随年龄的增长而增加,血糖增高呈年轻化趋势。因此,我们应对各年龄组人群都给予足够的重视,定期监测血糖,采取一定的预防指导;而体检空腹血糖是发现血糖增高的重要途径。

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of fasting blood glucose level(FPG)and abnormal age distribution of blood glucose in 59075 healthy people in Urumqi,To investigate the abnormal glucose metabolism in healthy people,To provide basis for health management of physical examination population.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the FPG test results of 59075 people who participated in health examination in the health management center of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to December 2018,Compare the relationship between FPG and sex and age according to age group.Results:With age,FPG is rising,Male FPG are higher than female FPG,by age group There was significant difference in FPG between men and women in different age groups(P<0.05);The detection rate of FPG increases with age,The detection rate of men in DM groups was significantly higher than that in women(P<0.05);The detection rate of men in IFG groups of 30~59 years old was higher than that of women(P<0.05);The age and BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C of IFG group and DM group were significantly higher than those of normal group,HDL-C significantly lower than the normal group,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The FPG level and the detection rate of blood glucose increase with age,The increase of blood sugar showed a younger trend.Therefore,We should pay enough attention to all age groups,Regular monitoring of blood sugar,Take certain preventive guidance;The fasting blood glucose is an important way to find the increase of blood glucose.
