我国竞技体育跨项选材的基本内涵、价值意蕴与实现条件

Basic connotation,value meaning and realization conditions of talent transfer of competitive sports in China

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国竞技体育跨项选材的基本内涵、价值意蕴及实现条件进行分析和探讨。研究结果显示:我国跨项选材是在坚持我国本土化传统训练理念和方法的基础上融合国外的运动员选材经验所形成的新时代产物,为运动员提供二次择项机会;我国跨项选材体现出强化助力双奥备战、缓解后备人才不足、制约项目发展失衡、完善传统选材模式以及发挥人才竞技潜能的价值;早期多项训练、转项成功案例、合理选拔要求、适当跨项比赛和有利政策支持是我国竞技体育跨项选材的实现条件。

This article based on literature data and logical analysis method and other research methods to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion on the basic connotation,value implication and realization conditions of Talent Transfer of competitive sports in China.The results of the research show:Talent Transfer of China is a product of the new era formed by the integration of foreign athlete selection experience on the basis of adhering to my country’s localized traditional training concepts and methods,providing athletes with secondary selection opportunities;my country’s Talent Transfer reflects Strengthen the value of assisting double Olympics preparations,alleviating the shortage of reserve talents,restricting the imbalance of project development,improving the traditional selection model and the value of talents'competitive potential;early multiple training,successful cases of transfer,reasonable selection requirements,appropriate cross-sports competitions and favorable policy support It is the condition for the realization of Talent Transfer of competitive sports in China.
