高职艺术专业对居住区停车交通的规划研究

Research Made by Art Specialty in Higher Vocational Education Institutions on Traffic Planning of Parking in Residential Area

居住区的规划是高职院校环境艺术设计的核心学科,也是艺术类专业的必修课,在居住区规划中,主要的道路与停车问题一直是现代城市关注的问题。城市旧居住区因配建停车位指标过低,存在严重的停车及交通问题。针对天津市南开区的学湖里社区,通过实地调研法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法,结合相关规范对社区内的停车及道路交通状况进行深入考察,并在考察过程中进一步认识到由停车问题带来的消防隐患,在充分尊重居民意愿的前提下提出了对停车及交通状况的改善意见和措施。

The planning of residential area is the core discipline of environment art design in higher vocational education institutions and is also the compulsory course in arts specialty.In the planning of residential area,the main problems of traffic and parking has always been the problems attracted more attentions in modern cities.The old residential area in cities generally have low index of space for completing parking lots which lead to critical problems of parking and traffic.The deep survey has been made on the parking lots,roads and traffic situations in Xuehuli community,Nankai District,Tianjin,by applying the methods of field research,questionnaire and interviewing integrated with pursuant regulations.In the survey,we have further recognition about theaccident risk of fire hazards due to the parking problem and made suggestions for improvement and measures to be taken for present parking problem and traffic situation provided that the willingness of residents shall be respected sufficiently.
