“双元制”教学模式对我国中等职业院校教改启示——以汽车维修专业为例

Enlightenment of Dual System Teaching Mode to the Educational Reform in Secondary Vocational Education Institutions in China——e.g.Specialty of Automobile Maintenance

职业教育国际化的今天对教学质量提出了新的要求,也进一步促进了教学改革的实施。为了促进我国中等职业院校汽车维修专业教学质量的提升,要积极地探索国外成功的教学经验。主要对德国“双元制”职业教育模式进行初步探讨,同时将我国中等职业院校汽车维修专业教学模式与德国“双元制”进行了对比,进一步提出了教学改革建议。

Today,the internationalized vocational education has brought new requirements on teaching quality and promoted further theimplementation of teaching reform.In order to promote and raise the teaching quality in major of automobile maintenance in secondary vocational education school,the foreign successful teaching experiencesshould be explored proactively.The primary exploration has been made on the mode of Dual System in vocational education in Germany.Meanwhile,based on the comparison between the teaching mode in major of automobile maintenance in secondary vocational education institutions and Dual System in Germany,it put forward further the suggestions on the teaching reform.
