The prominent problems for insufficienteffective supply in community education in the background of ubiquitous learning environment demand the reform in supply side of community education.For example,we can understand in the experimental project of legal education in community that focusing on the real demand of residents,integrating regional education resources,innovating contents,forms and supporting means and rational arranging curriculum development mechanism can promote effectively thebalanced structure of community education supply and improve the supplying quality and is theeffective measure in the reform of supply side of community education.
