“一带一路”背景下高职院校合作与交流现状——以天津“鲁班工坊”为例

Status Quo of Cooperation and Exchanges between Higher Vocational Education Colleges under the Belt and Road Initiative——e.g.Luban Workshop in Tianjin

“一带一路”的建设为中国高等职业教育的发展带来了更为广阔的国际合作交流机会,与此同时,天津高职院校需要总结和反思国际合作的现状和交流模式,转变原有的低水平型的单一的引进模式,开创新的合作、引进模式,发展和“一带一路”周边国家的高等职业院校的教育深度交流与合作。文章选取天津“鲁班工坊”合作模式为代表,剖析“一带一路”背景下天津高等职业教育合作的现状及模式转型。

The construction under the Belt and Road Initiative has brought more opportunity of extensive international cooperation and exchanges for the development of higher vocational education in China.Meanwhile,the higher vocational education institutions in Tianjin should summarize and reflect on the status of international cooperation and exchanging mode on the purpose of changing thesingle introduction mode in low level and initiate new modes of cooperation and exchanges.It is necessary to carry out deep cooperation and exchanges with the higher vocational education institutions in the countries along the Belt and Road.By selecting the cooperation mode of Luban workshops in Tianjin as example,it herein made analysis on the status of cooperation of higher vocational education in Tianjin under the Belt and Road Initiative and the mode transform.
