为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述,围绕立德树人根本任务和中国特色的一流拔尖人才培养目标。结合全国教育大会精神与新时代高等教育发展理念,梳理了安全科学与工程学科建设和本科人才培养中存在的典型问题,剖析了科研创新驱动人才培养力度不足的根源。提出了通过职称评定、绩效改革、金课建设、教学改革等举措多路径提升教师教育教学热情,促进学科建设与人才培养融会贯通协同并进;通过科研创新训练引导学生对专业的认同感和学习热情,全方位保障一流学科人才培养质量。

In order to implement the important exposition of General Secretary Xi on education,the goal of training first-class top-notch talents based on the fundamental task of establishing morality to cultivate people.Combining the spirit of the National Education Conference and the development concept of higher education in the new era,we sorted out the typical problems in the construction of safety science and engineering disciplines and undergraduate training,analyzed the root causes of insufficient training of talents driven by scientific research and innovation,promoted the integration and coordination of discipline construction and talent training.Through scientific research and innovation training to guide students'sense of professional identity and enthusiasm for learning,guarantee the quality of first-class discipline talent training.
