在线学习社区的知识共享质量影响因素:以学习者书评质量分析为例 被引量:6

摘要 知识共享是在线学习社区学习者知识获取、在线交流和知识创造的重要前提,但是难以发现在线学习社区知识共享质量的系统影响因素。为此以豆瓣在线阅读社区为例,利用自编R语言程序抓取了5523位用户的有效信息,使用Stata对数据进行了负二项回归分析。单因素分析显示,“常去小组”对知识共享质量具有显著的“折衷效应”,“在听的音乐”之外的其它指标变量具有显著的“双刃剑”效应。单维因素分析显示,社会资本、知识水平、自我表露和学习动机对知识共享质量的影响,不仅各自指标变量差异显著,而且对不同程度的知识共享质量存在显著的“双刃剑”效应。多维因素分析中只有学习动机对知识共享质量不具有“双刃剑”效应。为了消解“双刃剑”效应,聚力提升知识共享质量,在线学习社区需要构建协同学习共同体,创建协作聚合知识圈,开发指向高质量的多维评价制度,建立同书异构的多态化学习资源支持。 Knowledge sharing is an important prerequisite for learners’knowledge acquisition,online communication and knowledge creation in online learning community,but it is difficult to find out the systematic influencing factors of knowledge sharing quality in online learning community.Therefore,taking Dou ban online reading community as an example,the R language program was used to capture the effective information of 5523 users,and Stata was used to conduct negative binomial regression analysis on the data.Univariate analysis shows that“frequent group”has a significant“compromise effect”on the quality of knowledge sharing,and other indicators other than listening to music have significant double-edged sword effect.One dimensional factor analysis shows that the influence of social capital,knowledge level,self-disclosure and learning motivation on the quality of knowledge sharing is not only significantly different among their index variables,but also has a significant double-edged sword effect on different degrees of knowledge sharing quality.In multidimensional factor analysis,only learning motivation has no double-edged sword effect on the quality of knowledge sharing.In order to eliminate the double-edged sword effect and enhance the quality of knowledge sharing,online learning community needs to build collaborative learning community,create collaborative aggregation knowledge circle,develop multi-dimensional evaluation system pointing to high-quality,and establish heterogeneous multi-dimensional learning resources support of the same book.
