摘要
经济全球化环境下,跨国企业人力资源管理将面临着更为严峻的问题。如何提高团队的跨文化适应能力,减少跨文化冲突从而提高团队工作效率一直是跨文化人力资源管理的重点问题,跨文化培训一直以来被视为解决这问题的有效途径之一。基于以往的跨文化培训相对广泛,缺乏针对性、有效性,以及个体文化智力的差异特征,提出具有差异化的跨文化培训策略。
Under the environment of economic globalization, human resource management of multinational enterprises will face more severe problems. Among them, how to improve the team’s cross-cultural adaptability,reduce cross-cultural conflicts and improve team efficiency has always been the focus of cross-cultural human resource management, and cross-cultural training has been regarded as one of the effective ways to solve this problem. Based on the previous cross-cultural training is relatively extensive, lack of pertinence, reduce the effectiveness of cross-cultural training, based on the characteristics of individual cultural intelligence differences,put forward with the differentiation of cross-cultural training strategy.
