全面深化高校创新教育改革的教育背景促使档案学专业人才培养寻求创新与突破,文章在对档案学专业学生创新能力构成要素进行分析的基础上,指出了档案学专业学生创新能力培育的必要性,进而从改革教学内容与课程体系,培育创新思维素质、活跃思维,优化非智力素质、开展创新实践活动,提高创新实践能力素质以及增强档案学专业学生创新动力与热情四个方面提出了档案学专业学生创新能力的培育策略,以期对档案学专业学生创新能力培育具有参考与借鉴意义。

The educational background of comprehensively deepening the reform of innovation education in colleges and universities promotes the cultivation of professional archivists to seek innovation and breakthrough.Based on the analysis of the elements of the innovation ability of students majoring in archival science,the paper points out the necessity of cultivating the creative ability of archival students,and then put forward the strategies of cultivating the innovation ability of archival students from the perspective of reforming teaching content and curriculum system,cultivating innovative thinking quality to make thinking active,optimizing non-intellectual quality by carrying out innovative practice activities,improving the ability of innovative practice and enhancing the innovation motivation and enthusiasm of archival students,in order to provide reference for cultivating the innovation ability of students majoring in archival science.
