口述史视角下高校名人档案资源建设的态势分析及优化策略

SWOT Analysis and Optimization Strategy of College Celebrity Archives Resources Construction from the Perspective of Oral History

高校名人档案是校史沿革和办学成就的有力见证,具有极大的学术研究与宣传教育价值。在名人档案资源建设工作中引入口述史方法可有效弥补现存档案史料不足的问题。通过考察高校档案馆开展名人建档工作现状,采取SWOT态势分析法,剖析高校名人口述档案资源建设工作中的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁。最后提出相应的优化策略:前端控制,重视访谈设计;内外联动,规范采集流程;综合鉴定,优化评估开发环节;融媒宣传,创新提供利用形式。

The college celebrity archives are a strong witness to the historical evolution and achievements of colleges,and have great research and propaganda value.The introduction of oral history methods in the construction of celebrity archives resources can effectively make up for the lack of existing historical materials.By investigating the current status of celebrity archiving in college archives,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the construction of celebrity oral archives resources in colleges.The corresponding optimization strategies are proposed:front-end control and attention to interview design;internal and external linkage and standardization of collection process;comprehensive appraisal and optimization of evaluation and development;propaganda with media integration and innovation of utilization form.
