摘要
档案数据资源建设是数字档案馆(室)建设的重要内容,但是在数据资源建设过程中会出现数据质量问题。通过梳理总结档案数据质量存在的问题类型,探讨分析其问题成因,并针对不同类型的档案数据给出具体的检测内容和检测标准,最后设计通用的检测流程,以实现对档案数据质量的控制。
The construction of archives data resources is an important part of the construction of digital archives,but the problem of data quality will appear in the process of the construction of data resources.By sorting out and summarizing the types of problems existing in the quality of archives data,the causes of the problems are discussed and analyzed,and specific inspection contents and standards are given for different types of archives data.Finally,a general inspection process is designed to control the quality of archives data.
