摘要
为解决查档人必须带齐证件、跑腿奔波、排队等候的难题,实现疫情期间对档案的查询利用"无接触"和"零跑腿",作者对基于AI身份核验技术的远程查档系统进行了研究。该系统架构是将云端AI开放平台与远程查档移动端对接,基于学校已有的网上办事平台、数据中心平台,响应式开发系统前后端功能的共建模式。系统上线三个多月已办结近300件远程查档,使学校的档案利用服务工作进入人工智能时代。
In order to solve the problems that one must bring all the documents,rush around and wait in line in archives inquisition,especially the requirements of"no contact"and"zero running"for archives inquisition during the COVID-19 epidemic period,this paper studies the remote archives inquisition system based on AI identity verification technology.The architecture of the system is to connect the cloud AI open platform with the remote archives inquisition mobile terminal,and based on the existing online service platform and data center platform of the school,the front and back end functions of the system are jointly constructed.The system has been online for three months,and nearly 300 cases of remote archives inquisition have been completed,leading the utilization of archives service in our university into the era of artificial intelligence.
