摘要
伴随我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,实施更加积极的就业政策,就业形式呈现多样化发展。就业方式的转变和档案政策的变化使得高校遗留学生档案逐年增多,给学生档案的管理工作带来了不便。本文以本校为例,具体分析了遗留档案产生的原因,探讨如何优化管理方式以及怎样处理遗留档案。
As Chinese economy shifts from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,a more proactive employment policy has been implemented,and employment forms are diversified.The change of employment mode and the change of archives policies make the leftover graduate students'archives in universities increase year by year,which brings inconvenience to the management of students'archives.Taking our university as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of the leftover archives,discusses how to optimize the management mode and how to deal with the leftover archives.
