土地档案管理信息化建设重要性及方法探讨

Discussion on the Importance and Methods of Informatization Construction of Land Archives Management

土地档案是登记土地及其利用情况的账册,同时也是开展土地确权、耕地保护、土地利用规划等工作的主要依据。然而,在我国土地档案的早期管理阶段,受到技术限制,往往采取手工方式开展档案整理与资料收集等操作,管理水平及效率低下,在信息化时代背景下,无法满足实际的管理需求。为解决这一问题,本文对土地档案管理信息化建设的重要性与具体方法进行探讨,以期推动土地档案管理的信息化、现代化变革。

Land archives are the account books for registering land and its use,and also the main basis for land right confirmation,farmland protection,land use planning and other work.However,in the early management stage of land archives in China,due to technical limitations,manual methods are often adopted to carry out archives arrangement,data collection and other operations.The management level and efficiency are low.Under the background of information age,it cannot meet the actual management needs.In order to solve this problem,this paper discusses the importance and specific methods of land archives management informatization construction,so as to promote the informatization and modernization reform of land archives management information.
