高校档案管理数字化及档案管理创新

Digitization and Innovation of Archives Management in Colleges and Universities

伴随着我国高校教育体制的深化改革,档案管理建设逐渐受到社会各界的重视,因此,高校档案管理现代化、数字化、科学化、系统化建设是当下高校发展的重点内容。在科学技术的带动下,高校档案理建设迎来了一轮新的发展机遇与挑战,高校档案不仅详细地记录了学生以及教师团队的发展历程,让人能够通过档案对学生个人过往进行深入了解,还可以对未来决策提供相关意见以及发展方向数据依据对策,对于高校管理工作而言,档案数字化建设重要性不言而喻。基于此,笔者结合自身多年参与高校档案管理经验,在查阅大量相关参考文献基础上撰写此文,文中对高校档案管理数字化建设的重要性进行细致的分析,总结当下存在的问题,并针对问题提出合理的优化意见。

With the deepening reform of China's higher education system,the construction of archives management has gradually received the attention of all sectors of society.Therefore,the modernization,digitization,scientization and systematization of university archives management are the key contents of the current development of universities.Driven by science and technology,the archives management and construction in colleges and universities has ushered in a new round of development opportunities and challenges.University archives not only record the development process of students and teachers in detail,so that people can have an in-depth understanding of students'personal past through archives,but also provide relevant opinions and development direction data basis and countermeasures for future decisions.For the management of colleges and universities,the importance of archives digitization construction is self-evident.Based on this,combining with many years of experience in participating in university archives management,this paper is written on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant references.The importance of digitization construction of university archives management is analyzed in detail,the existing problems are summarized,and reasonable optimization suggestions are put forward.
