档案文献编纂选材的清晰度与完整性探讨

Discussion on the Clarity and Integrity of Material Selection in Archival Documents Compilation

我国在20世纪50年代建立了档案文献编纂学并形成初步的学科体系,在档案学者不断地探索和实践下,促进了档案文献编纂学的发展与完善。从我国档案文献编纂学的发展来看,它是以档案编纂工作程序与方法为中心的,档案文献编纂著作以之为重点,将档案文献编纂程序(环节)大致分为:选题、查找、筛选(选材)、考订、加工、出版等,不尽统一,但大致相同。本文主要针对"选材"这一环节,从清晰度与完整性的视角探讨档案文献编纂的选材。

In the 1950s,archival documents compilation was established and a preliminary discipline system was formed.With the continuous exploration and practice of archivists,the development and improvement of archival documents compilation is promoted.From the perspective of the development of archival documents compilation in China,it centers on the procedures and methods of archival documents compilation,and focuses on archival documents compilation works.The procedures(links)of archival documents compilation are roughly divided into topic selection,search,screening(material selection),revision,processing,publishing,etc.,which are not unified,but roughly the same.This paper mainly focuses on the link of"material selection",and explores the material selection of archival documents compilation from the perspective of clarity and integrity.
