摘要
盾构法隧道施工是隧道建设中常见的施工方法。为防止盾构过程中出现地表沉降及管片偏移等结构稳定性问题,必须通过壁后同步注浆施工填充空隙,确保隧道周围的岩体及时获得支撑,以控制地表变形,保证管片的均匀受力与结构稳定性。盾构工程对同步注浆材料有不同的技术要求,而现行的注浆材料依然存在着各种适用性问题,主要对地铁盾构施工中高性能同步注浆材料的配合比进行研究。
Shield tunnel construction is a common construction method in subway construction.In order to prevent the structural stability problems such as surface settlement and segment deflection during the shield process,it is necessary to fill the gap through the post-synchronous grouting construction to ensure the surrounding of the tunnel.The rock mass obtains the supporting role in time to control the surface deformation and ensure the structural stability and uniform force of the segment.Shield engineering has different technical requirements for synchronous grouting materials,and the current grouting materials still have various applicability problems.This paper mainly studies the key technologies of high-performance synchronous grouting materials in subway shield construction.
