摘要
针对智能电网电压稳定控制速度慢和调节量大的问题,提出了一种分布式电压控制方法。首先基于仿射传播聚类,结合余弦相似性度量对电网进行分区;区域内利用电压灵敏度选取控制节点,通过分段线性化求解电压控制方案;区域间由控制中心汇总各区域电压控制方案,协调优化总体电压控制量。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效实现不稳定负荷节点的电压调节,控制速度较快,电压调节量较小。
A distributed voltage control method is proposed to solve the problems of slow speed and large amount of regulation of voltage stability control in smart grid.Firstly,the power grid is partitioned based on affine propagation clustering and cosine similarity measure.In the region,the control nodes are selected by voltage sensitivity,and the voltage control scheme is solved by piecewise linearization.Among regions,the control center summarizes the voltage control schemes of each region to coordinate and optimize the voltage control quantity.The experimental results show that this method can effectively realize the voltage regulation of the unstable load node,and the control speed is higher and the voltage regulation is smaller.
