聚合物基高发射率红外复合涂层的制备研究

摘要 对高发射率红外复合涂层的制备进行了研究,用高分子粉末作黏结剂,对涂层的制备工艺进行了探索,对所制涂层的表面、断面微观结构进行了详细分析;通过分析对比所设计配方涂层的红外反射光谱,发现涂层样片红外发射率随试样中红外粉料含量的增加而增大,但超过一定限度不再增大,复合涂层中红外粉料的最佳加入量在10%~15%(质量分数)。 The preparation of high emissivity infrared composite coatings is studied.The macromolecule powder is selected as binding material.The surface and cross-section microstructures of the coatings prepared are analyzed in detail.It is found through analysis and comparison of the infrared reflectance spectrum of the designed coatings that as the quantity of the infrared powder in the sample increases,the infrared emissivity of the coatings sample becomes higher,but there is a limit.The best dosage of the infrared powder in the composite coatings is 10%~15%(wt).
