超声定量技术在脂肪肝分级诊断中的应用

随着肥胖和代谢性综合征患病人数的升高,与之相关的非酒精性脂肪肝疾病的患病率也不断攀升,成为全球倍加关注的健康问题。虽然医学的进步不断催生新的影像学技术应用于脂肪肝诊断中,超声定量技术仍成为脂肪肝的重要诊断和评价手段。本文主要对最近热度较高的超声定量技术在脂肪肝诊断中的作用价值进行综述。

With the increase in the number of patients with obesity and metabolic syndrome,the prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,which is associated with these conditions,has also continued to rise,and has become a global health concern.Although advance in medicine has continually led to new imaging techniques for the diagnosis of fatty liver,ultrasound quantification has become a particularly important diagnostic and evaluative method.This article mainly reviews the value of the recently popular ultrasound quantification techniques in the diagnosis of fatty liver.
