Application Value of Thymidine Kinase 1 in Breast Tumor Screening Diagnosis and Treatment

乳腺癌近年来发病率呈逐年上升趋势,为全球女性最常见恶性肿瘤之一,同时也是女性致死的重要原因之一。乳腺癌的发病机制和病因尚不明确,提高乳腺癌患者的早期诊断率,降低转移和复发率是保证患者生活质量,延长生存时间的关键。有效的肿瘤标记物检测可以提高乳腺肿瘤的诊疗效率。血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)是一种细胞增殖标记物,作为补救途径合成DNA的关键酶之一,多项研究证明,TK1在肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗效果评估及预后的判断等方面具有重要作用,本文就TK1功能及其在乳腺肿瘤中的应用价值予以综述。

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,and the incidence rate is still rising.As the pathogenesis and etiology of breast cancer are not clear,metastasis and recurrence are the main causes of death.Improving the early diagnosis of breast cancer,reducing the metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer is the key to improve the survival rate of patients.Detection of appropriate tumor markers can improve the diagnosis and treatment efficiency of breast cancer.Serum thymidine kinase 1(TK1)is a kind of cell proliferation marker,which is one of the key enzymes to synthesize DNA as a remedial way.Many studies have proved that TK1 plays an important role in early diagnosis,treatment effect evaluation and prognosis judgment of tumor.This paper reviews the function of TK1 and its relationship with breast tumor.
