人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用及满意度分析

Application and satisfaction analysis of humanized nursing in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fracture

【目的】研究人性化护理在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中的应用及满意度。【方法】采用随机数字表法将我院收治的老年下肢骨折患者122例分为两组,各61例。对照组开展常规手术室护理,观察组于手术室护理中实施人性化护理。将两组患者的并发症发生率、手术配合度进行比较,分析两组患者的焦虑状态改善情况和护理满意度情况。【结果】观察组老年下肢骨折患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,手术配合度、护理满意度评分则明显较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的状态-焦虑评分和特质-焦虑评分和对照组相比,均明显更低(P<0.05)。【结论】在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中应用人性化护理的效果可观,且可有效提升患者对医务人员的满意度。

【Objective】To study the application and satisfaction of humanized nursing in operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fracture.【Methods】The 122 elderly patients with lower limb fractures treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 61 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine operating room nursing,and the observation group implemented humanized nursing in operating room nursing.The incidence of complications and the degree of surgical cooperation between the two groups were compared,and the improvement of anxiety and nursing satisfaction were analyzed.【Results】The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the scores of surgical cooperation and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of state anxiety and trait anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The effect of humanized nursing in the operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fracture is considerable,and it can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with medical staff.
