摘要
【目的】分析便携式呼吸机在急诊团队抢救干预中对急诊危重患者抢救效果的影响。【方法】选择我院2018年1月至2020年12月收治的急诊危重需呼吸支持的患者114例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各57例。对照组采用人工气囊辅助呼吸进行治疗,观察组采用便携式呼吸机辅助呼吸进行治疗,两组抢救期间均进行急诊团队抢救干预,两组抢救完成后均观察24 h。比较两组抢救24 h后的临床疗效、转运后生命体征及抢救情况、抢救成功率。【结果】抢救24 h后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(91.23%vs 75.44%,P<0.05)。转运后观察组血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05),而心率和呼吸频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组抢救启动时间长于观察组,不良反应发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组心肺复苏抢救成功率高于对照组(49.12%vs 40.35%,P<0.05)。【结论】便携式呼吸机在急诊团队抢救干预中可有效改善急诊危重患者的生命体征,提高抢救效率和抢救成功率,降低不良事件的发生风险,具有较好的抢救效果。
【Objective】To analyze the effect of portable ventilator on the rescue effect of critical patients in emergency team.【Methods】A total of 114 emergency critically ill patients requiring respiratory support treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial air bag assisted breathing,and the observation group was treated with portable ventilator assisted breathing.During the rescue,the two groups were intervened with team first aid scenario simulation drill,and the two groups were observed for 24 hours after the rescue.The clinical efficacy,vital signs,rescue situation and rescue success rate of the two groups 24 hours after rescue were compared.【Results】After 24 hours rescue,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(91.23%vs 75.44%,P<0.05).After transport,the blood oxygen saturation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the heart rate and respiratory rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The starting time of rescue in the control group was longer than that in the observation group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(49.12%vs 40.35%,P<0.05).【Conclusion】Portable ventilator in emergency team rescue intervention can effectively improve the vital signs of emergency critical patients,improve the rescue efficiency and rescue success rate,reduce the risk of adverse events,and have a good rescue effect.
