高频振荡通气联合肺表面活性物质治疗低出生体重儿胎粪吸入综合征的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高频振荡通气联合肺表面活性物质治疗低出生体重儿胎粪吸入综合征的疗效。方法便利选取该院2016年5月—2019年4月收治的96例低出生体重儿胎粪吸入综合征患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以高频振荡通气联合肺表面活性物质治疗,对照组予以高频振荡通气;对比两组患儿的血气分析指标、住院时间和并发症发生情况等。结果观察组患儿在治疗后的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))水平(83.69±4.95)mmHg高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.231,P<0.05);并发症发生率4.17%,以及治疗后的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平(32.09±3.72)mmHg低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.019,t=12.267,P<0.05);治疗时间(7.13±1.22)d、住院时间(7.56±1.64)d比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(t=7.056、6.589,P<0.05)。结论对于低出生体重儿胎粪吸入综合征,应用高频振荡通气联合肺表面活性物质治疗方法较单独高频振荡通气,可以有效改善患儿的临床症状,减轻肺部组织损伤,为新生儿的健康成长发育提供良好的安全保障。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of high frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with pulmonary surfactant in the treatment of low birth body rebirth of fetal meconium inhalation syndrome.Methods A total of 96 low-birth-weight neonates with meconium aspiration syndrome who were admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to April 2019 were convenient selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given high-frequency oscillatory ventilation combined with pulmonary surfactant treatment,and the control group was given high-frequency oscillatory ventilation;the blood gas analysis indexes,hospital stay and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))level(83.69±4.95)mmHg of children in the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.231,P<0.05);the complication rate 4.17% and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)after treatment(32.09±3.72)mmHg were lower than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.019,t=12.267,P<0.05);treatment time(7.13±1.22)d,hospitalization time(7.56±1.64)d shorter than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(t=7.056,6.589,P<0.05).Conclusion For low birth weight neonatal meconium inhalation syndrome,the application of high frequency oscillation ventilation combined with pulmonary surfactant therapy compared with high frequency oscillation ventilation alone can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,reduce lung tissue damage,and provide a good safety guarantee for the healthy growth and development of neonates.
