定期口腔护理运用于口腔正畸固定矫治患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Regular Oral Care on Patients Undergoing Orthodontic Fixation

目的讨论定期口腔护理运用于口腔正畸固定矫治患者的效果。方法于2019年3月—2020年3月期间就诊于该院口腔科的口腔正畸固定矫治患者选取为研究对象,共计方便选取90例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采取常规护理,研究组则采取定期口腔护理,对两组患者并发症以及菌斑清理指数进行对比和分析。结果①研究组45例患者中仅出现1例牙龈增生和1例牙周牙龈炎,并发症发生率为4.44%;对照组45例患者中则出现5例牙龈增生和3例牙周牙龈炎,并发症发生率为17.78%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044)。②两组患者菌斑清理指数对比,入院时,研究组入院时为(3.62±0.84),对照组入院时为(3.71±0.74),两组患者的菌斑清理指数差异无统计学意义(t=0.539,P=0.591);治疗6个月后,研究组为(1.81±0.47),对照组为(2.24±0.36),两组菌斑清理指数出现了下降,且以研究组的菌斑清理指数更低,组间数据差异有统计学意义(t=4.872,P<0.001);治疗12个月后,研究组为(1.72±0.32),对照组为(2.01±0.21),两组菌斑清理指数继续下降,且仍然以研究组的菌斑清理指数更低,组间数据差异有统计学意义(t=5.082,P<0.001)。结论定期口腔护理在口腔正畸固定矫治患者中具有较好的应用效果,其不仅可提升菌斑清理指数,还可降低并发症发生率。

Objective To discuss the effect of regular oral care on patients with fixed orthodontic treatment.Methods The orthodontic fixed orthodontics patients who were treated in the department of stomatology of the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as research objects.Conveniently selected 90 patients and randomly divided into study and control groups,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group took routine care,and the study group took regular oral care.The complications and plaque cleanup index of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results 1.In the study group,there was only 1 case of gingival hyperplasia and 1 case of periodontal gingivitis,and the complication rate was 4.44%.In the control group,there were 5 cases of gingival hyperplasia and 3 cases of periodontal gingivitis in 45 patients,and the incidence of complications was 17.78%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044).2.Comparison of plaque clearance index between the two groups:at admission,the plaque clearance index was(3.62±0.84)in the study group and(3.71±0.74)in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(t=0.539,P=0.591).After 6 months of treatment,it was(1.81±0.47)in the study group and(2.24±0.36)in the control group,and the plaque clearance index decreased in both groups,and the plaque clearance index in the study group was lower,the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=4.872,P<0.001).After 12 months of treatment,it was(1.72±0.32)in the study group and(2.01±0.21)in the control group,the plaque clearance index continued to decrease in both groups,and was still lower in the study group,the difference between thegroups was statistically significant(t=5.082,P<0.001).Conclusion Regular oral care in orthodontic patients with fixed orthodontic treatment has a good application effect,which can not only improve the plaque cleaning index,but also reduce the incidence of complications.
