宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿的临床研究

Clinical Study on Xuanfei Lishui Decoction in Treating Ovarian Cyst

目的观察宣肺利水汤治疗卵巢囊肿的效果,研究药物作用机制。方法简单随机选择2018年7月—2019年8月就诊该院门诊的60例卵巢囊肿患者,30例采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗(Ⅰ组),另30例使用宣肺利水汤治疗(Ⅱ组),比较两组用药情况。结果治疗后,Ⅱ组患者卵巢囊肿体积为(24.2±7.4)㎝3,更小于同期Ⅰ组(35.4±11.3)㎝3,差异有统计学意义(t=4.542,P<0.001);在治疗总有效率指标上,Ⅰ组vs II组为(73.3%vs 96.7%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);治疗后,Ⅱ组患者激素水平黄体生成素(LH)(5.1±1.1)U/L、促卵泡激素(FSH)(4.3±1.4)U/L、雌二醇(E_(2))(100.3±20.3)pmol/L,水平更低于同期Ⅰ组(6.9±2.0)U/L、(6.5±1.5)U/L、(150.4±22.1)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,Ⅱ组患者下腹坠胀、腹痛,白带增多、月经紊乱者占比分别为10.0%、13.3%、10.0%,均低于I组的50.0%、46.7%、53.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床推荐卵巢囊肿患者采用宣肺利水汤治疗,可缩小其卵巢囊肿体积,改善机体激素分泌水平,优化临床疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuanfei Lishui decoction on ovarian cyst and to study the mechanism of drug action.Methods From July 2018 to August 201960 patients with ovarian cyst visited the outpatient department were simply randomly selected.30 patients were treated with Guizhi Poring capsule(group Ⅰ),and the other 30 patients were treated with Xuanfei Lishui decoction(group Ⅱ).The drug use of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the volume of ovarian cysts in group Ⅱ was(24.2±7.4)cm^(3),which was smaller than that in group Ⅰ(35.4±11.3)cm^(3),the difference was statistically significant(t=4.542,P<0.001).The total effective rate in group Ⅰ vs group Ⅱ was(73.3%vs 96.7%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,hormone levels of LH(5.1±1.1)U/L,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)(4.3±1.4)U/L and estradiol(E_(2))(100.3±20.3)pmol/L in group Ⅱ were lower than those in group Ⅰ(6.9±2.0)U/L,(6.5±1.5)U/L and(150.4±22.1)pmol/L in the same period,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of lower abdominal distension,abdominal pain,increased leucorrhea and menstrual disorder in group Ⅱ was 10.0%,13.3% and 10.0%,respectively,which were lower than 50.0%,46.7% and 53.3% in group Ⅰ,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Lishui decoction is clinically recommended for the treatment of ovarian cyst,which can reduce the size of ovarian cyst,improve the hormone secretion level,and optimize the clinical effect.
