基于国土空间规划背景的国家级新区基础设施完善度评价

Evaluation of Infrastructure Perfection of National New District Based on Land Spatial Planning Background

自1992年国务院批准设立上海浦东新区以来,我国已设立了19个国家级新区。城市基础设施建设是国家级新城市化和产业化协调发展的前提,是新区经济社会发展和居民生活质量提高的重要物质基础。本文以广州南沙新区作为研究区域,通过利用GIS方法构建新区城市重要基础设施评价指标体系,对国土空间规划背景下广州南沙新区的重要基础设施配套情况进行评价,并提出对策建议,为南沙新区基础设施规划提供数据和技术方法参考。

Since the state council approved the establishment of Pudong new district in 1992,China has set up 19 national new districts.Urban infrastructure construction is the premise of the coordinated development of national new urbanization and industrialization,and is an important material basis for the economic and social development of the new area and the improvement of residents′quality of life.This paper takes Guangzhou Nansha new district as the research area.Through the construction of the evaluation index system of important infrastructure in the new area,the paper evaluates the important infrastructure supporting situation of Nansha new district in Guangzhou under the background of land spatial planning,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.It provides data and technical reference for infrastructure planning of Nansha new district in Guangzhou.
