摘要
道路交通标线的准确制作对于交通安全、指引交通等具有重要作用。新兴的车载三维激光扫描系统因集成了GPS、IMU、全景相机等多种传感器,具有采集效率高、精度高、全方位等优点,解决了传统正射影像因房屋、树木遮挡等引起的数据无法正确提取的难点,尤其是在高架桥遮挡的地面道路及隧道,传统正射影像根本无法获取道路交通标线数据。本文基于道路交通标线提取这一问题,利用EPS软件,利用点云数据提取道路交通标线数据。最后,结合智能化公安交通管理系统标线数据库建设项目,通过eps脚本处理器的二次开发对道路交通标线数据进行格式转换并重新编码,将实现道路交通标线数据的批量转换工作。实践表明,车载三维激光扫描系统在保持精度的前提下,能够有效地完成道路交通标线的提取工作,而基于EPS的脚本管理器的二次开发,可以高效地解决道路交通标线数据转换问题。
The accurate production of road traffic markings plays an important role in traffic safety and traffic guidance.Due to the integration of GPS,IMU,panoramic camera and other sensors,the emerging vehicle-borne 3D laser scanning system has the advantages of high data collection efficiency,high accuracy,multi-direction and so on.It can solve the difficulties that the data cannot be correctly extracted from the traditional orthophoto images due to the occlusion of houses and trees.Especially in the roads and tunnels covered by viaduct,the traditional orthophoto images cannot obtain the road traffic markings at all.Based on the problems of road traffic marking extraction,this paper uses EPS software to extract road traffic marking data based on point cloud data.Finally,combined with the intelligent public security traffic management system marking database construction project,it uses the secondary development of EPS script processor to realize the road traffic marking data format batch conversion and re-coding.The practice shows that the method can effectively complete the extraction of road traffic markings from the vehicle-borne 3D laser scanning system while maintaining the accuracy,and the secondary development of script manager based on EPS can effectively solve the problem of data conversion of road traffic markings.
